Gorgeous Estate Mid-Century era, Art Deco inspired bezel set sapphire ring featuring an oval cabochon sugarloaf cut sapphire, an old mine cut diamond scalloped halo, and milgrain detail. The shank is 14 karat yellow gold, the setting is platinum. Made in Warsaw, Poland circa 1960's.
Sapphire: Oval Sugarloaf Cabochon 1 = approx 8.20ct, likely Ceylon origin, moderately included, medium light tone, very slightly greyish saturation.
