Returns

We at Goldworks understand there are many unique circumstances in our industry. It is our goal to make you happy with our products and service. If you have a question or request regarding our our policies or your product status please contact us by phone (650-726-2546) or e-mail (info@goldworkshmb.com) and we will be accommodating as possible.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you may be declined a refund or exchange.

Special ordered, custom made, and items altered per customer request may not be eligible for return or exchange.

In some cases not eligible for refund or exchange a store credit and/or a restocking fee may be offered at Goldworks' discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include any original reports, appraisals, boxes, packaging or other included materials.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goldworkshmb.com and send your item to: Goldworks, 542 Main Street, Half Moon Bay CA 94019, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, please notify us of your request first by phone (650-726-2546) or e-mail (info@goldworkshmb.com), then mail your product to: Goldworks, 542 Main Street, Half Moon Bay CA 94019, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
